I think it's this coming Friday / weekend, I will ask my wife.  Plenty of the Dragon boats here and moving around town with their crews currently.

I saw something about 10 - 13 Oct 2019 on the tourismthailand.org site (which was behaving poorly).

Thanks, yes I checked there before but I could only see old info. Pretty poorly maintained site.

Ahh, yes.  This is Thailand.  ????  Anyway, the dates lead up to the weekend, so that's probably what it is.  Have fun!
