So preventable if he’d had a gps.........not to make ugly if a bad situation but to highlight how ridiculous their driving policies are.

no helmet was they a license  for the scooter drivers or driver of pickup.maybe the car driver the scooter riders i doubt it.speed did play a part in the accident for sure.the pickup was at fault but also the scooters no helmet or license.that is forgotten about

    There have been many such statements from the living bravado in various scenarios, such as collisions, school incidents, etc., but never seen or heard of any action to date from any such comment maker.
