With comparing these two 10 inch fans to use in an attic, are we reading the specs correctly or not?? that Fan 1 is better than Fan 2 because fan 1 uses less watts and has a higher ventilation efficiency?

Fan 1. Voltage (Volts): 220 - Power (Watts): 27 - Electric current (Amps): 0.13 - Speed (rpm): 1,210 - Ventilation efficiency (m3 / hr) .): 900 - CFM ?  , expense to use???   This fan has a thermal fuse.

Fan 2. Voltage (Volts): 220 - Power (Watts): 40 Electric current (Amps):   ?    - Speed (rpm): 1,400 - Ventilation efficiency (m3 / hr) .): 840 - CFM 494 expense to use 0.16 baht / hour based on 4 baht / unit electric cost

Fan 1 is cheaper to operate, 0.108 baht/ hour and moves more air, but it would depend on the construction and type of bearings used to judge which is best.

Blade configuration?

Fan 1 supposedly has a 3 year warranty on the motor and a 1 year warranty on everything else and has a thermal fuse.4e0bb531669ce00fb01445befefb861f.jpeg

Fan 2 supposedly has a 1 year warranty and no thermal fuse but should the fan overheating be an issue?

Which ever fan is the best, will put two of them in an attic vent on a thermostat which will have them come on at around 35 C. Both fans have a 10 in fan blade

I wouldn't think too much. Hatari has excellent fans at least as long as there is not much electronic used like remote controls or special features. And yes - there is a reason for a thermal fuse. Fan 1 also closes the air outlet when not used if I look at the picture.
