Android App will not allow me to log in

Featured Replies

I have today downloaded the Android app onto my phone. It will not allow me to log in - apparently I do not have permission!

I now remember why I gave up using it last year, it rarely seems to work properly!

Anyway, can you suggest  a way of persuading it to let me log in?

What app are we talking about ??

Connect app  and Thaivisa forum via the Tapatalk app are not allowing me to sign in either on iOS.

I did see a header on Thaivisa earlier that the mobile apps are suffering from issues.

I am using the mobile browser in the meantime and am starting to like it even better than the app.

too many ads for me. I like the consistent format of tapatalk so all forums are the same. I can bare the mobile site for a short time

Are you able to connect with tapatalk yet just out of curiosity, I am still unable to and wondering if it was still a site issue or just me?....

Have to agree, on iOS ( Safari ) the ads are constantly popping up and down and obscuring notifications !!

Bad on iPhone, slightly better on iPad but I still prefer Connect or Tapatalk, much faster with a simpler format and more importantly you get one ad when you open the app then no more ????
