Popular Post madmitch Posted November 3, 2019 Popular Post Posted November 3, 2019 Free money? Not a surprise then! Also not a surprise that the percentages when added together come to well over 100%! Can you ever believe surveys and statistics in Thailand? 3 2

Popular Post lordblackader Posted November 3, 2019 Popular Post Posted November 3, 2019 I love how they call it a "domestic tourist scheme" when you could use the money in supermarkets, the only catch being that it had to be in a neighboring province. It was nothing more than tax payer money being redistributed to major corporate interests in Thailand. 3 1
Misterwhisper Posted November 3, 2019 Posted November 3, 2019 And if you'd gift every citizen their own submarine or multi-million-baht luxury wristwatch, "Chim-Shop-Chai" would be off the popularity radar overnight, I guess. 1 1

tominbkk Posted November 3, 2019 Posted November 3, 2019 Any Thais I've know who have used it just drove to the nearest next province and bought something at TESCO. It's just a handout, Thaksin style.
Popular Post Scouse123 Posted November 3, 2019 Popular Post Posted November 3, 2019 The Thai government treats its citizens like morons and they behave accordingly. 4 1

All those undertaking surveys must have to graduate from the TAT school of economics. 1
Orton Rd Posted November 3, 2019 Posted November 3, 2019 Don't go to Tesco after 5 or at weekends with your voucher, or rather the Mrs, queue at checkout can be over an hour. We were lucky went in the week mid afternoon only one in front of us. Nice bottle of wine for me, thanks PM ????
baansgr Posted November 3, 2019 Posted November 3, 2019 Give the guy credit for trying to stimulate a faltering economy, however, if its free money from the government, it really isnt stimulating domestic spending as its taxpayers money being used...that being said, I suppose its on a par with a tax break which many other countries use.

But this is not the economical package that's going to stop the bubble bursting!
