Perhaps Pattaya can add a butterfly garden in town as well. After all there are o shortage of butterflies in Pattaya ????

Just like with most things in Thailand , first destroy it and then brainstorm how to revive it.

go create another paradise city elsewhere , but if insist on changing Pattaya , get rid of all ladyboys, bars, clean up beach , make side walks , proper drainage , meterd taxi’s , all wires down, and list goes on
