Of course Johnson is preparing to sell off the NHS, both Trump and the US Ambassador to the Court of St James have stated the NHS must be included in any post Brexit UK/US trade deal.

Perhaps he (Johnson) would like to explain why these documents confirm the U.S. is demanding the NHS is on the table in the trade talks

Johnson will respond as usual, with lies.

That would be the first time Boris lied …...incredible …..:cheesy: it comes even to someone's mind :clap2:

"Contrary to popular belief, the EU has never mandated the colour of its member states’ passports. Harmonisation of certain passport features started to occur in the 1980s, but at no time has it been compulsory for EU nations to issue burgundy passports." In fact Croatia's passports are blue, can we get this passport colour nonsense out of the way, it's for kids.

Better go to the source of passport alert.

Ah but will Corbyn's lies trump Johnson's ?

Corbyn started flogging this dead horse a month ago , since then the Tory lead has grown , so he starts flogging again !

Remind me once more of the diagnosis when one keeps repeating the same error in the expectation of a different result.

The documents published yesterday on the internet definately show that there are no plans to sell the NHS to US companies.

They do show that US companies can bid to supply drugs just as EU companies already can.

Desperate scaremongering by racist Corbyn.

Jeremy Corbyn is not a racist.

Your comment about the Tory lead growing looks a little premature according to the most recent polls. No doubt BJs car crash appearance on Marr today won't help either. The idea of having a lying PM with virtually no grasp of facts and detail whatsoever, who resorts to brainless bluster whenever he is asked a direct question, can't be exciting people very much.

Hardly a carcrash on the Andrew Marr show, if anybody had just tuned in they could be forgiven for thinking it was the Boris Johnson Show and he was interviewing Andrew Marr. Marr is so biased he never once let Boris answer a question without butting in and not letting him finish, I can't remember Marr once interupting Shami Chakrabarti, maybe that is because they both share the same political leanings. If he cannot be fair and neutral he is in the wrong job, a brief insight into Marrs early life, he's is more left wing than Corbyn and McDonnal put together, he's a total disgrace.

Regarding his political affiliations, he was formerly a Maoist and a member of the Socialist Campaign for a Labour Victory, an offshoot of the International-Communist League, now known as the Alliance for Workers' Liberty. At Cambridge, Marr says he was a "raving leftie" who handed out copies of Mao's Little Red Book and he acquired the nickname Red Andy.[8][9][10]

What a well known surprise BS Bj is trading of UK to US for his own personal gain and guess what, there is the majority of voters who support and will vote him, to prove how smart they are !

As opposed to the really smart people who bandy around nonsense as if it was proven fact.

I concede that I have not followed this election as closely as previous ones , ( I pretty much despair of the whole bunch of current politicians) so could you post links to the recent polls you alluded to ?

It really is frightening that somebody like Abbott could hold one of the great offices of state.

To be fair the tribalism cuts both ways , there have been a fair few dumb Tories , though ironically Brexit has cut through a lot of traditional partisanship.

So he says , but demonstrably he has a huge blind spot when it involves anti semitism.

So I say. I know him reasonably well.

He is not a racist or anti-jewish. He is not 'anti' any religion. If being anti-semitic is telling the truth - as he sees it - about Israel, then in some people's eyes he must be guilty.

As far as the Labour party is concerned, he wants the party to be returned, and guided by the members, not by MPs or the EC. Back to grass roots might be a good way to put it.

The problem Corbyn has IMO is that he has surrounded himself with idiots, do we really want Dianne Abbott as Home Secretary and John McDonnall as the Chancellor + all the other misfits he has in his cabinet. When Corbyn became leader of the Labour Party, chosen by the members (momentun), the rest of the Labour Party basically abandoned him and he was left with the dross to make a team to run the country.

He will back terrorists before he will say a good word about our own forces, he has just finished attacking the SAS, as an ex soldier are you happy with that? He has shot himself in the foot so many times, his legs must be porous. He is not an honest man, nor are anyone else in his cabinet, he makes Boris look like a choirboy compared to him.

I posted that a day ago, it was in the Torygraph amongst other sources, but it appears that there have been one or two more that have confirmed the trend since.

BJ is still odds on for a majority, but hung parliament odds are narrowing significantly.

Here are the latest from quite a few polls, most have the Tories still out in front with a healthy lead, some others show Labour making slight improvement.

Desperate scaremongering by racist Corbyn.

The problem is that Corbyn has distorted the rhetoric into language that Joe Public can recognise and in doing so has provided ammunition to the Tories.

The sting in the tail with a US trade deal will be ISDS(Investor State Dispute Settlement). The EU has recognised the consequences of ISDS and demanded it be removed from the EU-US deal, Trump terminated the negotiations. With the Canada -EU deal ISDS was kicked out and a new system introduced.

"The EU designed the system, and included it in the Canada deal, in response to mounting public outrage about dispute-settlement arrangements that were built into older trade agreements. Non-governmental organisations and others argued that the old system, known as ISDS, had become a vehicle for multinational companies to violate local laws."

https://www.ft.com/content/25754d28-6b21-11e9-80c7-60ee53e6681d

The UK does not have the will or the clout to stand up to the US and any deal with the US will include ISDS, providing an opening for US entities to manipulate the UK government.

Unfortunately, like brexit, people will not recognise the dangers of ISDS until it stares them in the face, until then terms like "scaremongering" and "project fear" will prevail.

In this manipulated "Electerendum", a hung parliament would be a just result.

Of course if they don't like the result they can hold another, three in five years has set the trend.
