Hello, i would like to know how difficult is it got get a visa to visit us, i can use the visa waiver programm, but how about her here some info:

 

we are married, have a 1 year old child, we run our own company in thailand and so on..

 

what paperwork will they ask and will it be approved the same day?

You need to give us some background information, I’m assuming your wife is Thai and you’re not an American.

As others have mentioned on here before, it is a very simple process providing you submit all the required docs and evidence. My wife got a 10 year tourist visa within a few days.

Its easy as long as your wife does all the paperwork, has a job in Thailand, and owns her home in Thailand or has a mortgage in Thailand. 

 

Before giving the visa your wife will need to prove she has a ligitimate reason to return to Thailand.

No,  the criteria is a compelling reason to return to Thailand

ok so we tell him we have house and company here, how is that a 100% reason to return for him...

It's a reason, the question is it going to be is it compelling enough for the US Embassy Consular officer to approve a visa
