You don't need 12 months of bank statement if you already have 800k in your bank account for 2 months prior. Just two months of bank statement is enough.

 

You are missing a copy of the latest TM30.

The only people who can answer your question definitively in your case is your local immigration office. Have you, by chance, yet given any consideration to the possibility of putting it to them yourself?
