Transfer pictures from Phone to P.C.

The phone is new Mi A2 Lite, I have tried many times to transfer pictures from this phone to my notebook

all I'm getting is a blank page not showing the pictures to transfer.

Can any members help with this problem?

Easy peasy:- Drop down menu, change from charging to transfer pictures. Good luck!

Depends how you are attempting to transfer photos, are you plugging the phone into the laptop, SD card from phone to laptop, Bluetooth etc. Maybe consider a common cloud storage like googledrive or dropbox etc. etc

I tried many different methods with my 'True', unbranded phone and failed. I finally hit upon a simple solution. I attach them to an email and send it to myself. Job done. You can probably do it via Facebook as well, but don't like Facebook and never use it.
