Isn't that what is know as the Railway road? I haven't used it for at least a year but don't remember any major roadworks. Are they supposed to be doing something to it? 

Ive only ever know it as the bypass, as do everyone I know thats lives Darkside.

 

They have been working on it for years laying new larger drainage pipes.

There was roadworks on it South of Nerm Plab Wan, before Chaiyaphruek 2. But I find it easier to get onto Sukhumvit at Soi Siam CC. You have to pick your time as the roads crossing the Railway Line Bypass are often at a standstill.
