I think Speedway would go well in Thailand.  Maybe some of the wannabe street racers could be persuaded to race on an oval dirt or grass track instead of the roads.  Any empty lot would do.  There are junior speedway bikes that use a Honda clone engine of about 140cc +/-.  Perfect for young Thai riders.  No brakes, no mirrors or lights, which they should feel right at home with.

Current bikes do have an ignition kill switch with a wrist tether.

Interesting to note that they have to weigh 80 kg or more.  Currently the engines make 80 horsepower +/-.  Pretty good power to weight ratio, considering the relatively low gearing.
