It must be a treat for you to listen to correct English spoken with perfect enunciation and received English pronunciation for once. ????
 

The style of mains plugs were long gone by the time I started paying attention but those fuses or ones similar were still standard.

Even in the 60's when I was dragged up we had those lighting adaptors for the iron and toaster. Nasty.

Naked  dancing  girls  covered in lard? Just a guess

The  problem here is  the Women...this is  forbidden as can be seen in this  same 1940s short

In the video it sounds like they have a working ground line, this doesn't exist in most Thai houses, so i guess the video is too modern for Thailand.
