Difficulty contacting social security Manila and international operations
Finally got my account changed. Never got a reply from Manila after 2 months and no one ever answered the phone after continuously calling international operations for a few weeks. Did get in touch with someone from the main social security number but they told me they couldn't do anything I have to go through Manila. Called again a few times until I found someone sympathetic and the agent told me she would send my account information to international operations but after checking my account was not changed. Called again the other day and found another sympathetic agent who said she would change the information for me. This whole process took a few months quite unbelievable -
