My Mrs has IPMTV.TV if that helps.

Others say that by signing up to Netflicks Thailand they have found Thai language channels or had a Thai language option for normal programmes.

Actually, you don't understand my answer...

You want Thai IPTV.

IPTV comes with the box. The provider that comes with the box is True Visions.

if that's not what you want, then you need to be far more specific with your question.

Choice 2.

Install AIS Play or TRUEID apps on android box of your choice.

Both offer free and paid content but have much less user friendly interfaces.

Unfortunately, I've never come across an IPTV provider that has reliable Thai channels AND works with smart TV apps such as  SIPTV or STBEmu.  What make is the smart TV? If it's Android based, you can try to sideload the apps I already mentioned.

Otherwise,  you can try the browser based http://tv.trueid.net until you find something better.
