Met Police Officers Reinstated After Appeal Over Bianca Williams Stop and Search Incident
One can only hope. Mind you, I was saying from the start that he would be a disaster. -

Met Police Officers Reinstated After Appeal Over Bianca Williams Stop and Search Incident
IMO that is not the issue. It would be a convenient excuse to investigate those about whom they have suspicions of illegal activities. If people don't want to be investigated, don't break the law, even if it's only smoking weed. Law abiding citizens have nothing to fear on that score. Anyway, if she is a good parent, why is she smoking anything? Did she and he abstain for her entire pregnancy? -

harris sidesteps question on whether Bibi is a good US ally
chaos in the middle east still ensues from the team that sings from the same song sheet, biden/ harris. Todays the anniversary of the terror attack on Israel! “Since the Oct. 7, 2023 Hamas massacre in which 1,200 Israelis were killed, the Harris-Biden administration has, at times, found itself at loggerheads with Netanyahu over his response”! https://nypost.com/2024/10/06/us-news/kamala-harris-demurs-on-whether-israeli-pm-benjamin-netanyahu-is-a-good-ally/ -

Which state that Trump won in 2020 will he lose this time?
FEMA is always slow walking. I lost 2/3 of my house to a flood in 2000. FEMA showed up about a week later wanting to know if we needed any help. By then a local B&B gave my then-girlfriend and her son a place for free. I stayed in the last part of the house that wasn't damaged and had a wood stove (it was in January, Oregon). Went to ask FEMA a question, and the woman at the desk told me I had to pay $75 to make an appointment, almost two weeks out. Went to the appointment. The same woman that told me I had to make the appointment met me at the meeting and told me I would have to fill out some forms and send them in. At that point I gave up on any help from them. -

White Culture
If you look back on the history of German industry, it started out copying British products. That's why "Made in Germany" was introduced by the British. It was meant as a warning. Don't buy this, it's a shoddy German product. The British could not fathom that German products would eventually become better than British ones. Eventually Made in Germany became a mark of quality. Just like the British then you think the Chinese are just copyists. But in time they will be the innovators. They already file more patents than the US. The Japanese showed the same development. And the same will happen with Thailand, eventually. Given time. History does not support this notion that only Europeans have a Monopoly on innovation and invention. It shows the opposite. And this notion that a harsh environment created an extra special white race more ingenious than others, again is the climate in Siberia not harsher by far? Why did Siberians not develop this technology gap? Or the Eskimos, by all accounts a harsher life, no technology gap there. The technology gap has other reasons. I'm not hating on whites. I'm just being realistic. I thought like you. Harsh climate. Greater IQ. Then I read the bell curve. The best book on IQ I ever read. Turns out Asians are ahead of us. Of course the IQ measurement went through a development stage. However, IQ is a fantastic predictor. It has correlations that are astounding. It is still the best predictor of scholastic and indeed professional success. There is a reason the US army routinely tests IQs of new recruits. -

Moldova Accuses Russia of Voter Bribery to Block EU Integration
It's tough for Vlad, that old USSR trope about how their international people's liberation initiative will elevate the workers of the world etc. Can't run that one anymore. Maybe it's the way these dictators are being shaped by Occidental movie characters. They seem to fashion themselves as Bond villains. Vlad even resembles one of the agents in From Russia With Love: -

Which state that Trump won in 2020 will he lose this time?
Now THAT, sir, is the epitome of optimism! I would like to see that, but I'm hoping to at least see them get rid of Ted Cruz. Kinda funny how right-wing media continuously blasts the Ivy League for being a socialist-commie-fascist-[feel free to add any -ist word to the list] while lauding their own dunderheaded quasi-fascist heroes that it has produced. When Josh Hawley first appeared they couldn't say enough about his brilliant CV. But as with a lot of people in the US with impressive academic credentials the "brilliance" is seldom discernible. -

Latest developments and discussion of recent events in the Ukraine War
No way in hell they are trying to defend themselves here; they are trying to take advantage of Russia, which is currently at war, and are showing the Russians who the real dog is by flexing their power. Defense would be if the Russians made some underhanded attacks on the U.S., but I can't think of any recent events that would suggest that- 1
