TV is not infected but their advertisers might be.

OP, more than likely your computer is infected, sending you off to sites that are not what you click on. Scan with malwarebytes or similar.

I'm running Malwarebytes, Norton Security and Windows Defender.

None of them have found a problem. 

Think it might be as @Peterw42 suggested.

coming home, I checked it on other computer , no problem anymore

now checked it on the  same computer , same browser as this morning and now also there is no problem anymore. this morning checked it twice and 2 times got the wrong site.

strange.

working on Ubuntu, so Malwarebyte will not work; most malware will also not work luckily. But now checking my system with Clam AV, anyway. 

further, I do work with DNS on HTTPS, via Cloudflare, so a interference with the DNS server is not likely.
