I know from previous browsing here that there are  several/many  rowers  on this  forum.

I am looking for some direction/tips please.

I bought a Concept  2 Rower 6 months ago,I started off  with the idea of rowing 70,000 metres a week ( 10,000 a day)

The reality is I am rowing about 25000 m /week ( generally   5000 x 5 days)

I would like to row more,I have loads  of time  too

Can you guys give me some direction/inspiration please to row more.

For example   how many times/metres do you  row per week ?

Do (and  if so how  )  do  you vary  the workout to retain interest ?
