January 16, 20206 yr I am in my Home country and not able to travel back to Thailand for several months. I have a Condo there which was rented out, a good friend of mine was managing the Condo, collecting rent etc. However he passed away and some time after that the tenants shot through without paying rent. I need someone to manage the Condo so to date I have emailed 3 Agents and explained that I need someone to go in there access the situation and see what needs to be done to make it rentable again and manage it for me. No one of them even bothered to reply Can anyone recommend an Agent who can help me.
January 16, 20206 yr Agent rental commisions are not much. Offer them some more money and someone will go.
