UK visa application issue

I am attempting to get Thai wife a UK visa, just to take a holiday, she has had 2 in the past, no problem.

Now, when I start application, I am being sent down the "EU settlement Scheme" road.

Reckon its a combination of being Irish and something to do with Brexit.

Its making me confused, can anyone confirm this is correct route we need to take?

Is your wife applying in her own right, does she hold an Article 10 card?

 

If she's applying in her own right and providing her own funds then she just applies for a Standard Visit Visa.

 

If she wishes to visit under the Freedom of Movement Directive then as far as I'm aware there'll no changes during the transition period.
