I don't think you can customize it very much, you can go into settings and under appearance there are some buttons you can turn on and off, but it's a much simpler interface than Chrome and Firefox. 

I only use Brave on Thaivisa and other pages full of ads.

Just installed Brave. It has done the job big time.
