I note that the govt has decided to declare the current Corona a ‘dangerous communicable disease’ and that once it’s  ‘gazetted’ it will become law the next day....along with new powers to restrict movement.

Does anyone know if this has happened yet ...how long it usually takes to gazette a new decision..?

What date can we expect this to be legally enforceable...?
