I have ticked the remember me box but I still have to fill in all details every time I go to the site on my phone. Any advice would be appreciated.

Are signing out when you leave the forum?

I do not sign out and the browser (Chrome) on my tablet loads Thai visa with me already signed in.

No not signing out. I just close the browser when finished. I’m on Apple using Safari??

Perhaps your browser is set to delete cookies when you close it?

If you have "safety" stuff installed it may/will sign you out. I am always automatically signed out when I go through my safety stuff.

I wouldn't know (don't have a phone) but how could the site 'remember' you without cookies?
