Was passing on Thappraya Road and noticed a strange development being built between the Wooden Box Restaurant and the Court House. Hard to describe but looks like Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory is being contructed. A large area featuring a dozen of so giant icecream "houses". Not sure what it is meant to be or the target audience. A children's theme park? Anyone know what it is? Sorry photo not very clear.

I have seen this 'development', but with little progress over time. It's a bit small for a theme-park.

Maybe it's Willy <deleted>? To avoid lawsuit, of course.

Looks like the Chocolate Factory is coming on but it seems it's going to be called Fairy Sweet Village. Must be costing someone millions of baht. Still can't think what sort of attraction it will be to warrant that sort of investment in Jomtien.
