Downloading a vehicle change of owner form

Hi people,

                Does anyone know if you can download a vehicle change of owner form for the previous owner to sign so I can just take a signed copy of his ID and signed copy of form and the book to the transport office without having to take the previous owner there?

Great, thanks Steve, Just a couple of things, whats the power of attorney form about? will the Thai owner know what to sign on it? Ha, come to that presumably I need to know what to fill in as well before I get to the office lol.

as the owner will not be at the motor office he will need to fill in the power of attorney form see this link -

i think its a 10baht stamp, maybe more value now
