I read in a website that maybe I shouldn't name on here that anyone coming to Phuket from South Korea will be forced into 14 days quarantine at a government location. 

Can this be true? Including tourists who just went through transit at Incheon? We recently had a friend come through from Canada but he went through just fine on Friday night.

It's true today but who knows what it will be tomorrow.
