Has anyone who goes to the Chonburi Immigration office in Jomtien been able to switch to reporting online? When I go to the online site, it takes the first page (personal information) and then after a long blank-page wait displays a message that tells me to go to the local office for more information. I've tried it a few times with a few different browsers--same result. What am I missing? I'm 14 days from my next reporting date.

Try again tomorrow it still works on the weekend, maybe you're early reporting for it. I usually try 10 days before due date because of previous issues I've had. I've only had the website work with 2 browsers, internet explorer and Epic.

It has worked for me the last two times. I'm guessing it must be between about 14 days to about 8 days before because they tend to count in the way least beneficial to us (they say 15 to 7). I use Internet Explorer. It didn't work for years because I hadn't left the country but since I've gone and returned it's been working.

That was my experience as well. I'd been trying to get this to work for me ever since it was introduced, 5 years ago. I had renewed my passport shortly thereafter and, apparently there is a shortcoming that prevents different databases from sharing information.

It wasn't until I left the country and reentered using my new passport that I finally got it to work, just last week in fact. Following a tip that came from @ubonjoe I used Google Crome browser and it worked first time.

I've never got the wretched thing to work, had exactly the same experience as the OP.

So if it only works with Internet Explorer, what do you do if you're using Windows 10 as that has Microsoft Edge? Does anybody know if it works with Edge?

Did it Monday morning the 16th. using Chrome/Windows 10.

Received approval in the afternoon.

Next one = 14th. June.

Which mean early June, if done on line.

I could never get it to then found out I was answering a question about when my 'visa' ran out wrong, it actually means the extension. Does not ask the same list of stuff on the app, try that.

So they have taken some responsible action by closing bars to stop people mixing together, but they still require 100% of foreigners to cram together in a relatively small office to complete the 90 Day report. In my case so I can confirm that I am still in the same house that I have lived in for the last ten years.

Totally insane.

I tried that but had missed the 7 day cutoff.

There were a hundred plus people queuing outside JI this afternoon! Will go back and try again another day!

I you are so knowledgeable, perhaps you could provide a detailed explanation the OP.

I may have to try that again.  Couldn't get it to work before.

90 day reports at Jomtien are usually short and quick, often times without even taking a seat if you go in the afternoon.  But I went today at 2pm and it looked like a Friday after Thanksgiving sale with a huge crowd like I have never seen in a dozen years.  It was all pushed outside under a half-dozen "tents" and when I inquired of an officer at the door (they were only letting a few inside)  he said I would have to get in line with all the dozens of 10 & 30 day extension folks outside.  They might take care of me in a couple hours or they might close before they got around to me. He advised I come back later in the week since I had seven more days.

Is your lassitude the fault of JI? In fact you have elevated both the queues and risk you complain of by dragging your heels... you had approximately 80 days to prepare!

I have no idea why it fails for the OP, but I have used it numerous times saving a tiresome trip to IO, I wish they would make many more requirements possible from home. Requiring Re-Entry Permits being one, the 3800 required for a multiple I could do after the extension is rather rich.

What if they have asked to see your bank book to confirm you still have the 800k in the bank when you do your next 90 Day.

You can get a Re-Entry at the airport on your way out.

Have a nice trip????

They forgot, so I did too.

I know.

Not going anyplace anytime soon I guess.

It finally worked. Tried today with Chrome, no go. Tried with Internet Explorer, completed in less than 1 hour including "Approved" and "Next Appointment" receipts. Whew.

Went to immigration this morning. They have set up a desk in the car park so need to go in the office or queue. Only too 10 mins.

Glad you got yours sorted out online. I will do mine earlier next time. Lesson learned.

Worked for me well yesterday evening. Used Internet Explorer (You can still use IE even with Windows 10. You don't have to use Edge. On my computer it is under Windows accessories in the start menu). The Immigration site was very slow loading but sped up after office hours. Once I got to the 90 day section it was remarkably responsive and right up to printing the acknowledgement.

Well worth a shot before spending hours in huddled in the queues although I am told at Jomtien they have segregated the 90 dayers from other people and you can go straight to the 90 day desk with no wait. May not be so easy at other offices.
