Looking for Wood Working Shop  KhonKaen that can join old hard wood planks 20 cms to make cabinet doors 70 cms by 65 cms approx

Good luck with that. I gave up years ago trying to get timber thicknessed and dressed square by local "tradesmen". Getting all the boards to the same size even, impossible. Do it all myself now with a standard router now, yes, including thicknessing. Dado joints and even beveled edges. 

If you find someone, let me know. A bit far from Sisaket but worth knowing.

You may want to reconsider a glued butt joint, the temp/humidity fluctuations in LOS are brutal. I personally use wood dowels or dado joints for all my cabinetry and furniture projects. Will offer my services but assume NBL (Nongbualamphu) is a bit out of range. I would be hesitant to use the ubiquitous homemade Thai glue you see on most Thai furniture.

Most of the "Panelled" furniture I have built here has been teak. I prefer to use mortise and tenon joints for frames with dowels or mitred butt joints using stainless screws. The panels are all dado joints and glued up into panels then trimmed to suit the frame. 

Thai glues... best I have found here is simple latex. Same with filler, latex and sanding fines of the wood being used.

I am also partial to latex glue, prefer Elmers Carpenter, a gallon from Home Pro goes a long way. My filler recipe is identical to yours.

Cheers, I give that a try next time out. I "flood" wood assemblies with Chaindrite to protect against termites prior to appying finish. Most pieces I finish with teak oil first then clear poly. Wet sand the oil in really helps to fill any surface imperfections. After it dries a light sand and wipe down to remove any dust.

Where do you get wood from? I can't find anything in my area.
