Khon Khaen will shut down all hotels on April 7 to stem the Covid-19 outbreak, according to the resolution of the province's Communicable Disease Committee on Friday (April 3)

However any hotel that wants to stay open will have to submit its screening practices to the health authorities in the province for consideration on a case by case basis.

It will also ask convenience stores to close at 9pm, so that staff can go back home before the nationwide curfew starts from 10pm to 4am.

Went to the local BigC yesterday in Ratchaburi.  Everything was pretty stocked up.  About 1/2 the store was closed off for shopping.  Clothes, electronics, toys, bedding, auto, school supplies, sports etc depts. were off limits.  They said it was government orders.
