Which is the best one for Thailand that gets fully updated?

I dont think any can keep up with individual cases and be updated in real time.

This one appears to have the latest numbers and general numbers for a region, appears to have information on know transmission locations.

The one from government that uses the "open government data" should be one of the first to update:

https://covid19.th-stat.com/

Data source: https://data.go.th/en/dataset/covid-19-daily

However the data is from the usual MoPH source, so mountains of salt need to be taken with it.
