Sounds expensive. If it really works can they make boatloads of it by yesterday?

sorry i can't provide links for this.  google should have it.

 

what i had read is that gilead was providing the drugs for a couple of chinese clinical trials.  those were both suspended this week.

 

a chinese pharma manufacturer in suzhou (brightgene) has developed a generic version and is ready to mass-produce.  they are in negotiations now with gilead, who has had the patent in china since 2016, awaiting approval.

Brilliant "business model".

1) Spread a  contagious virus.

2) Supply protective masks and clothing.

3) Supply drug for treatment.

4) Supply vaccine.

 

ALL of this (except 1) has to be moved away from China!
