I've been trying to pay my AIS Fibre bill for days, but when I try with my Bangkok Bank account (as I always have in the past), I get the message "Payee not replying".

When I call 1175 to the call center, I get a round of voice mail messages, ending with a request that I leave my number to be called back within 3 hours, but as I'm leaving the number, the recording to leave my number cuts back in again.  This goes on 3-4 times, then I'm cut off.

Is AIS completely off the rails now?

What do you expect this is Thailand no organization run by Thai with no consideration for Thai people or any one.

Once they have your money you are stuffed. Amazing Thailand.

You get what you pay for cheap product even cheaper service if any. Just like TOT.

I use CAT do not have a problem been with them for over 5 years.   If internet does go down I have my own breakdown service guy that works for CAT. They gave me his private cell he fixers it with in 30 mins and calls me back in person to see if I am happy.  Not cheap but worth it.

Never had an issue paying. I do payment from this site:

https://newfibre.ais.co.th/Payment/Login

Change to English, from ID Card to Passport, enter your fiber number from the bill, 880xxxx, then passport number when you registered (if you changed since and haven't updated them - and note it's case sensitive so make sure to write letters in capitals), then click login. You'll see how much you need to pay, choose to pay by card, enter card details, and you're done.

AIS is working in 2 teams where only 50% of their mandatory staff is in the office, so literally their staff numbers halved until they fully reopen. Some people work from home in support, and maybe don't have good connectivity (I know, it's a telecom, right? But you can't expect just because someone works as a phone operator for a telecom to have a gigabit fiber internet at home). So like most other businesses, there are some interruptions to their service. But nothing that I would have noticed myself. Again, I only use credit card option on their own payment gateway.

Amazing service from AIS, IME. Just upgraded 500/500 (699 baht) to 1,000/500 (899 baht), plus new routers.

Disarray? Not.

We ditched AIS 4 months ago when they started dicking around with our 'promotion' package and nobody could tell us why. hopeless

Bangkok Bank is a joke ! And I'll tell you why! I have been unable to use my bank MasterCard to purchase anything online for 3 weeks since being issued with a new card ! Been to main branch,on the phone and given a case number for investigation! Had no return contact and when I get back asking questions it's buck passing ! Nobody knows or cares! Useless! And typical of customer service in this country
