Starting yesterday, 11 May, I had items in my shopping cart.  Clicked on "Cart" to complete order and get an "Opps, Aw Snap" error message saying insufficient memory.  I have tried on 3 separate computers and get the same error message on all three, same today.  I tried re-setting my router...no effect.   

All Lazada CS chat lines busy and unavailable...Phone line useless.

 

Anybody else having similar Lazada problems?

Try clearing your browser cache, CCleaner or similar.

If you are running and web browser blockers or filter extensions, try whitelisting the site, or disabling the extension while using the site.

Tried clearing browser cache, even tried a different browser (Chrome to Firefox).  No blockers, ad or otherwise than I'm aware of.  

If it was a problem at the Lazada end, they certainly would have fixed it by now but I just tried again and no joy.  Very odd.  I normally place orders several times a week and never had this problem.

I ordered today on Lazada , went through no problems.

I loaded a cart up and it displayed fine.

Could be an issue with what you put in the cart, some malformed product content affecting the cart.

The phone app is better than my P.C too.

I have had this problem for a couple of years now on my tablet, tried different browsers, tried deleting my browsers cache, it actually worked for a short while but was soon back to the old problem. But on my phone for some reason it works just fine, so what I do is fill my basket up on my tablet and finish the order on my phone.

I never use the phone app. evertything done on the Lazada web page.

Solved.  The solution, suggested by Lazada chat CS once I finally got on after 4 days of trying, was simple.  Log onto the phone app and delete one or more of the items in the cart. go to "checkout" but then return to "cart" and restore the deleted items.

Returned to the Lazada webpage and everything was back to normal.

 

Go figure.

I had a problem with the cart whenever I used the Chrome browser on my tablet. Installed the app then to complete the purchase. 

Lazada appears to have changed its format, I don't like it, everything is huge and not as easy to view the products, but at least now I can order.

Oh well, can't have everything I suppose.☹️

When I was having the problem on the Lazada webpage, I did try Firefox and Edge in addition to Chrome.  Problem persisted on all 3.

The worse change, as I noted was the difficulty is reaching any kind of CS.  CS Chat was constantly "All our agents are busy.  Please try another time"   Too backed-up to even be put in queue.  When I finally did manage to get into queue, I was #14; almost a 30 minute wait.   The phone line never gave me the option of getting a real person.  Also annoying was the English language option reverted to Thai announcements once the option menu was presented.

Easy access to CS was previously one of Lazada's greatest strengths.  Too bad to see it deteriorate so dramatically.
