Yes I know 90 days are on hold,supposedly.I know I can do it online or by post.

No. The best you could get is accurate reports of recent history.

I really thought I had covered enough in the post to just get a yes or no answer from someone who has just done it but there you go.

Ask the yes no question you want answered instead of a different one as you did.  Could be magic!
