My wife and I live in Nonthaburi. I suggested going to stay in Kanchanaburi for a couple of days, just because we like extra heat!! But she believes that if we go there we will need to 'isolate' for fourteen days. Does anyone know if that is a fact? And when we come back we will need to do the same??

Agreed, no need to isolate. I live in Kanchanaburi and travel to Bangkok once a week, and only the buses were being stopped at the 2 check points. 

Only isolate in specific places ie: krabi for example 

Is there an informative site that shows which provinces require quarantines?  I'd love to do a motorbike trip (keep to myself) but I'm not sure where I can travel to.

I'm not aware of anything as helpful as a site.

The provinces all have their own rules.

I know Nakhon Ratchasima is a no-no.

Not sure if Khao Yai hotels are opening or how they're handling it.
