America and the rest of the world woke up about 2 weeks ago...

You don't have a television or internet?

You don't have to be a weatherman to know which way the wind is blowing.

Then riddle me this "Who's funding all the protests and riots"?

You don't have to be funded to attend a protest. You just go there, maybe by local bus, or train, which you personally pay for. If it is nearby then you walk, wave your flag, have a sandwich and a drink and go home.

I think you have to try to get away from this idea (Prevalent in the US it appears) that people only do things for money. This may come to you as a bit of a shock, but many people in the world do things for nothing,  because for them it's a matter of principle.

If you are talking about funding then maybe you are thinking about buying Senators, or some such.

So this whole blm and Antifa movement is not funded by any organization is what you're saying. You live in a nice bubble if you think this entire situation just happened, that these protestors aren't organized on some level and all this costs money. And for sure blm and Antifa is a paid organization.

As this blm "thing" going on we need Trump more than ever. it doesn't take much investigation to determine dark forces are trying to destroy our free society. We don't need Trump to be a role model as much as we need him to battle what's happening on the streets in America.

I can only hope America and the rest of the world will wake up and see what's going on.

I don't trust trump because he said Obama  was born in kenya

Protestors came from all walks of life mostly from the local area. Some people have taken time off work. This has been a spontaneous gathering of enraged citizens of police brutality on people of colours and recognized that the country is in danger and make the sacrifice to go away from families, friends and work for the better good of the country. You have desecrated their good intention.

LOL. You obviously don't get it. It's not a vote for Trump because he's the ideal candidate. No, it's a vote against the awful candidates the Dems have put up last time and now. Put up a halfway decent Dem candidate and they'll shoo in.

Faced with the choice between 2 terrible candidates sensible people choose the least terrible. Pity US politics have become so broken decent people don't want to be POTUS, but blame the media for that.

Pretty sure it was higher for HRC before the election. Her followers were so confident that they were going to start the celebration at campaign HQ before being told he won.

It's by no means a sure thing till election is over. Plenty of time left for something big to be pulled out of the bag by either side.

I was convinced the p***y tapes had done for Trump and was quite shocked when he won.

The 42% is at the same point in time . Five months before the election

Most do not share this opinion you have:

President Trump’s handling of the coronavirus and protests over the death of George Floyd have caused Trump’s approval rating to fall and former Vice President Joe Biden to surge in the 2020 presidential race, four new national polls released in the past week show.

There is only 1 poll I've seen so far that really tries to touch on the truth of who will win in November. It is this one:

https://247newsaroundtheworld.com/politics/us-election-2020-donald-trump-on-course-for-victory-despite-protests-exclusive/

And here is the key question they ask which nobody else does:

"...only 37 percent of Trump voters would want their friends and family to know how they had voted while 74 percent of Biden supporters are comfortable with it being known..."

It is this hidden support for Trump which is why he won in 2016, and why he will win again in November. Because not only are people embarassed to tell their friends and family of support for the demagogue, they are also embarassed to tell pollsters.  There is a significant hidden vote out there from people who do not want to be viewed as Trump supporters, but when that curtain closes and they feel finally anonymous without all the social pressures and shame to conform, they support his policies more than the status quo.

So listen to the polls all you want, but don't believe them. Biden is simply a bad remake of the Hillary Chronicles of 2016. The epic performed poorly in theaters 4 years ago, and it will get even worse reviews this time around.

Without Trump America as we used to know it will cease. Without trump blm and Antifa will continue to take over our lives. People are losing their jobs if they publicly disagree with blm, is that not lunacy. You don't have to like Trump to see why he's needed.

Now if you're a blm fan and believe in disbanding the cops and that's just the beginning of what's to come with a dem.

Hopefully America will wake up before the elections to what's likely to happen if blm continues to promote protesting. If biden becomes POTUS he'll be kneeling daily and apologizing profusely for the wicked ways of the white man. You don't have to like Trump on a personnel level, he's what's needed to fight this epidemic which is marching thru our country. No it's not a virus, it travels on 2 feet and is destroying the history of the world. It has several names blm, Antifa and my favorite "defund the police"

Do tell us what trump has done to quell the protests.

The protests are not blm or antifa. They are people sick of the way police treat black people. You dont need to belong to any organisation to protest.

But im sure the Antifa America tweets run by the far right helped.

If you think all these protests are just random people with no organization then you're plain naïve. Before you criticize the cops behavior towards blacks, how about the blacks stop killing each other.

The election is still far away. Nothing is settled till the last vote is counted. A week is a long time in politics.

Keep telling us how Biden is going to win by all means though.

If Joe Biden was the age I left the corporate sales world—59-1/2, he’d stand a chance.  At age 77, Joe Biden’s well past his prime, and the video clips prove it.

It would be FABULICIOUS if Trump were able to pre-empt the Democrats by choosing a "woman of colour" as HIS vice presidential nominee. Of course, VP Pence would have to step aside, but imagine the chaos! Someone like Condoleeza Rice or Nikki Haley...

45 is also past his prime.

This is a referendum on 45 election.

The democrats could be nominating a jelly donut and still be in a strong position.

You're assuming Trump ever makes it to the debates.

Trump has trouble lifting glass of water and walking down stairs at West Point graduation

Yes, you could be right, his health is a concern. He doesn't lead a healthy lifestyle, eats terribly and is overweight and 74.... not to mention he has the most stressful job on the planet in one of the worst years in living memory, from impeachment to covid-19 to BLM. Of course so many people hate him so much that this becomes a viral joke on Twitter and no one shows any compassion.

IMO there's some good talent in the GOP that could easily beat Biden if Trump doesn't make it. I'd bet on Ted Cruz as a good replacement candidate. A bit sleepy (but more awake than Biden), but Ben Carson wouldn't be a bad option to appease the BLM mob.

Blacks like Carson aren't Black enough to satisfy the blm folks. Much like Condoleezza Rice who is another remarkable GOP but again, she is well educated, super smart....but again not Black enough.

Unfortunately it will never happen that any candidate satisfies everyone, but he's at least as black as Obama and probably smarter.... but unfortunately he's not a politician, though he tries.
