Interesting.  So if this Thai woman had an intimate relationship with a farang, hard to believe she would have a racist attitude towards farangs.  But now that she had a bad relationship with this one farang, we're to believe that she now hates all farangs?  Is that how it works?  I've had failed relationships with many different nationalities and races and never thought to hate that whole race of people over it.  But that's just me.

Shop at food land if you can, liike going back in time to a better era- all goods priced up, almost never a queue with trollys full of cooking oil and kids dressed as spiderman and frozen, lovely 60's music and polite willing staff, plus you get took la dee. Big C is more for lo so's I should know as we have to go there almost daily for the bloody special offers, and usualy there is a problem at checkout.

You must be a really special customer (sic). Why would the manager have your number on her phone or do you frequently complain or ask for privileged service? I doubt that the manager would volunteer that the cashier had a recent break up, especially with a foreigner. Sounds like petty gossip rather than the manager trying to sooth your feelings.

Many guys on this forum hold really low opinion of woman and Thai woman because of failed relations so its not that strange.

Just  cough  loudly and wipe  your  brow or go one  better  like the  Thai  woman I saw yesterday at On Nut Tesco  BKK,  pull the mask down, cough then pull it back up.

So these guys have all become racists because of their experiences?  Perhaps this is so, but I'll bet these guys don't think so.

Im not sure if they become racist, but how else would you call it if you have a bad experience with one or two Thai woman and then call them all gold-diggers ? Not sure if its racism or not but certainly is negative and bad. Its like saying all Dutch are bad because of some experiences with Dutch guys / woman.

Actually in Thailand...it is expected. That's why an MRT/BTS staff is asssigned to escort any handicapped person from and to the train car both at the beginning and end station of their journey

Slightly off topic robblok but in '68 I was visiting an aupair who I went out with , she lived in Groningen . My short time over there was made a lot better by all the friendly people I met.  Only one that gave me a prob. was a cop on a BMW , he said I was doing 80 kph in a 50 zone , I adjopolised and said sorry big  but the speedo in my Morgan said 50 (MPH )  But no ticket ..TRUE .
