You have to check IPTV , buy the service that includes the channels that you are interested into. They give you free samples of half an hour so you can test if it works (and if you can make it work). It's not legal though. But you have no other choice.

I use IPTV through a "Supplier" based in UK. I pay about 70 pounds a year - a real bargain - but like you I have noticed that recently I get lots of buffering, I have a fibre connection 300 MB - I spoke to both True and AIS about my streams buffering, they said, they DO NOT choke the connection (BS) I reckon. So I invested in a VPN, and BOOM, everything is perfect again. PM me if you need more info about my IPTV provider.

PulseTV is not cheap but it's reliable and well-supported.  All UK Tv channels, including all the Premium movie and sports, plus Australian and European channels and movies on demand.

Doesn't it really have more to do with the international internet loads and not whether it's a premium pay service or not?

Here are a few links to consume, it may give you an idea. In the past few weeks couple of well know services have thrown in the towel, and many others are struggling.

The free services are struggling for sure, since they are not actively managed like a paid service.
