Thai media published a story about locals in Mae Sai, Chiang Rai in the far north of Thailand who found a motorcyclist collapsed under his bike near some municipal offices.

No other vehicles were involved - he had just fallen off his motorcycle because he was drunk.

That fact was confirmed by onlookers in a 30 second video who waited for a rescue foundation to arrive.

The man, who had blood running out of his mouth, was taken away to hospital.

Lucky he did not collapse on the main road.

Saw exactly the same thing happen fourteen years ago.

I was with a friend, we were moving furniture from Pattaya to Chaiyaphum and then Udon Thani.

The furniture lorry went at its own speed, we were on two larger motorbikes.

We spent the night in Chaiyaphum and left about 6am for Udon. As we were leaving, we saw a local on a small motorbike coming towards us.

He suddenly veered off the road into a ditch. He did a somersault and finished up further along the ditch.

We both stopped and ran over to help the guy - firstly to check he was still alive. He was - because he was snoring.

Another local who was passing, stopped, had a look and dismissed the guy as a drunk who regular did this sort of thing.

He prodded the sleeping beauty who stirred, mumbled, then went back to his drunken sleep.

We carried on to Udon.

Last week I went for a run. And found a guy, that drove a motorcycle with side cart into a ditch. He went first, motorcycle landed on him. And he was so drunk he wasn't able to get from under it until I found him. So I pulled motorcycle out of ditch, pulled the guy out. He was so grateful, that I had to spent next few minutes fighting his offers to drive me home. ???? And then I sent his on his way. Right to left, left to right... . I didn't even look back. It was more than obvious that he will be in a ditch in no time. And if I don't see it it's not my problem. ????️

You must be joking where I live they have their indicators on the whole time without any relationship to the direction they are turning.

Does he then later move on to the fetal position - aka the hangover position?
