Any recommendations for Honda Wave tire brands and where to buy them?  Thanks!

The dealers often don't have the equipment to change a tire and will send you to another shop.

There are many shops all over the city which have tires for a Honda Wave in stock and can change it, so i would suggest just asking somebody where you live for such a shop. In case you don't want to ask around, you can go to "69Tires Chiangmai", they speak English and you can contact them on Facebook to ask which tires they have in stock and what they charge you.

In general: European brands cost more, and offer more grip, Asian brands last longer.

If you want to have good grip choose something like a Pirelli Angel City or Michelin City Pro, i guess it costs about 1500-2000 THB for the pair (including installation).

If you only ride when it's dry, then something of the Asian brands like Deestone or Quick (or various others), will get the job done and costs less than 1k THB.
