Any way to have spellcheck in just one document, not others in 2019?

And could spellcheck include some new additions such as, 

Automatically correct:-

"could of" to "could have" or at least "could've".

The same to should of and would of.

Pretty easy to add them yourself...

Options>>Proofing>>AutoCorrect Options

Don't think you can do that. The closest to what you want to do would be to disable automatic spell check for all documents and then manually spell check the other document.
