Europe Braces for Escalation: Germany Mobilizes NATO Troops Amid Putin's Nuclear Threats
I'm pretty sure I saw an initialed copy of the proposed agreement online sometime recently. I read all sorts of stuff, so no telling where I saw it. -

Well said but the war mongers here in the neighborhood don’t agree. -

Europe Braces for Escalation: Germany Mobilizes NATO Troops Amid Putin's Nuclear Threats
You miss my point, I'm afraid. My point is that this conflict is now at an impasse of sorts. What is needed is diplomacy, not more escalation, not more threats.. What's needed is a negotiated settlement. That kind of outcome does not "cede" anything to Russia. That's the point of diplomacy. An agreement is reached that settles the matter in a way that's agreeable to all parties concerned. If you think a diplomatic solution is somehow cedes anything to Russia, you don't understand how diplomacy works. As for the Neocons planning a "ground invasion"? Again, a red herring. The Neocons and the likes of Victoria Nuland have had Russia in their sights for long time. Hostility to Russia became part and parcel of US foreign policy along with the apparent desire for a war that never ends. Do I need to make a list of all the failures? And yet nobody ever stops to question the madness lately. -

How much sin sod for 28 yo single mom of 2 Bangkok suburb (Rangsit)
I'll be 70 in the Spring. My wife just turned 51. We have been married 10 years. We live in east Issan on 4 rai and we built a nice 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom and 2 kitchen house 5 years ago. All of it purchased by me. My wife had 4 kids before I met her. I paid 50,000 baht to her wonderful parents on the wedding day. This money just basically paid for the wedding. As you may have guessed, the family is dirt poor. My wife's parents both passed in the last 3 years, both at 70. We miss them very much. My wife's invalid, wheelchair bound, 50 year old sister and her 16 year old son, my wife's 24 year old son, 21 year old daughter, fiancée & grandson and 17 year old son all live with us. It takes all of us to run the farm that we started from scratch. One day it will be theirs. My advice to you young man, is to take your time. There is no need to marry so quickly, you have barely started living. It sounds like this could be your first love, which is easy to do over here. If she loves you, she will wait. As noted above, you do not just marry her, you marry the whole family. Trust me, you need lots of money. At 22 and recently graduated, I'm sure that's not the case with you unless your folks are prepared to pony up to your every whim. Get a grip, do your research on relationships in Thailand, THERE IS NO RUSH. -

She’s 29 with kids and you’re 22. In case no one here has mentioned it…Nothing ZERO 0. If she insists then you can easily go fetch your self another squeeze -

LTR Visa is Now available for Long Term Residency
The crazy thing was (according to my wife) they were asking 200 baht for people to use the fast track (announcing such out loud, albeit I did not hear such). I wonder if they would have 'waived' the 200 baht fee for an LTR visa holder?
