I have been trying to renew my HD prime tv subscription but not getting any replies from the contact email addresses that i have. Can anyone comment if they are still in business

I was still using the services no issues up-to the 3 of September

Still in business, i use them all the time. Can you not renew your subs by accessing your account ?

I emailed them to confirm their bank account details to renew but got no reply from two addresses so did not want to deposit into a defunct account and they have no other contact method.

Well i just buy True Money from 7/11 and then credit it to my account online and then buy the package i want but i live in Thailand.
