You'll probably need to source the wiper motor, sprockets, chain and bearings.

'minimumm order only' Alibaba has similar for 6000 thb and don't see them individually on either AliExpress or Lazada. Probably why the locals choose to bash together their own.

You might try one of the shops that make the stainless steel noodle pushcarts.  My wife had one made to order for export in Phuket Town a few years ago. This particular shop was on Soi Talingchan, just 100 meters or so off the Phuket Road traffic circle.

Rube Goldberg would be proud...

 

I'd probably start out with one of these from China instead of the chain/ chainring design.

Be careful.  Most of the rotisserie motors listed (even on Lazada.th) are 120V.

By chance, I was looking for someone to make an offset smoker for me, very recently.

 

For a number of reasons, I didn't go ahead with it, and didn't even go to see this guy, but not because of concerns about his skills.

 

He made this for my friend:

 

 

 

 

The quality looks  quite good, and I expect he could make your design as well.

 

I don't have a name, but he has a shop near the Bangkok Phuket Hospital as shown in the map below.

 

Apparently, he's always working outside it, surrounded by BBQ bits and pieces, so hopefully you'll find him.
