Kalasin Provincial Education Office has set up an investigation committee to uncover the truth behind allegations that three schoolboys raped a five-year-old girl in the school toilet.

The office said on Tuesday (September 15) that officials visited the school to meet students and their families and spoke with the director and teachers.

The school reportedly has 11 security cameras, but one is broken and there is no footage of the three boys, aged around 11, accosting the primary school student on August 31 as alleged.

The three boys have denied the allegation, but their parents want to move their children to other schools as they do not feel comfortable with the situation.

Meanwhile, police have said that the investigators are waiting to question the girl’s parents, who sought help from the Pavena Foundation for Children and Women, and will later examine the evidence before sending it to the Regional Medical Science Centre in Khon Kaen.

Accosting someone is not rape so which is it , or just trying to downplay what happened .

That´s easy. Just take a rape kit on the girl and collect evidence from the accused three boys. Case solved! If there was a rape, there is always evidence.

The alleged rape was on Aug 31st, today is Sept 16th, I hardly think any traces of DNA or similar would be still be available in situ as you say.

However if the parents were diligent when this first came to light one would have thought it was done at the time.

Is it even physically possible for an 11 year old to penetrate a 5 year old? Or to deposit dna other than skin scrapings?

very convenient

I think we are dealing with a physical impossibility, unless 4 kids have abnormal precocious development.
