The chief executive of the Wang Khon Khwang Subdistrict Administrative Organisation in Lopburi province was killed in a road accident on Monday.

 

The fatal accident that killed Aphichart Mali, 57, occurred on Phaholyothin Road Km 183-184 in Khok Samrong district of Lopburi.

Khok Samrong police found a severely damaged white Honda Jazz car, which had been hit in the back by a Toyota Revo pickup truck that was carrying water bottles. Witnesses said the impact sent the Honda Jazz into the opposite lane where it crashed into a Toyota Commuter van in the front. Both the pickup truck and the van suffered moderate damage at the front.

Rescue staff had to use a metal cutter to free the driver whose body was stuck inside. He was rush to Khok Samrong Hospital, but the victim succumbed to his injuries.

Just saying.

Probably busy with smartphone watching some stupid messages or so.

The pickup driver should be charged with manslaughter or the Thai equivalent
