Does anyone know where the local tax office for the Pattaya area is?

Nothing comes up on gmaps:

Bang Lamung 2 Area Revenue Branch Office
404 Moo 12, Tambon Nong Prue, Amphoe Bang Lamung, Chon Buri 20150

It's off Jomtien 2nd rd just after the T section with the Hanuman statue.

The location is consistent with the address that you found.

And I remember having seen some "financial" office there in the past.
