Best interests rate

Can any one share which bank or secured financial give best interests rate for large deposits as the regular big banks

nowadays only give like 0.5% and less...

Fixed deposit accounts of most bank are 0.5 - 0.65%

There are e-Saving accounts available but for most banks these are not available for foreigners, because you use an ID card with LaserID (Pink ID not work).

So at the moment the only bank I know which give 1.5% on a e-Saving account to foreigners is SCB.
