My water pressure comes from a 350W water pump.

That is not a large pump and if of the well tank type varies greatly between high and low pressure so could be causing heater flow cut off to activate on and off or having an issue remaining on.

If it’s only a couple of outlets on at a time, it is plenty big enough.

The problem is not pressure. The problem is not low flow.

@Jeffrey346 The problem is that the heater is dropping the voltage so there is not enough power to heat the incoming water to the temperature requirement you have for outgoing water at the flow rate you want.

So you can;

1)raise the incoming water temperature.

2)check the voltage at the house and at the meter with the heaters on full (if there is a significant drop then it’s your cables that are too small) if the voltage at the meter is the same as at the house try to get the PEA to help (good luck with that)

3)change from an instant heater to a smallish stored heater, that will give you much hotter water as it has longer to heat)

4)change to gas instant heaters (they put in much more heat)

changing to 6000W heaters are probably not going to help .

    That is quite probably the problem. I can pull the supply voltage down from 227V to 200V  by putting a 40A load on it, others have reported even greater drops. So your only option maybe to get the sma

    A 6000w heater should be adequate for kitchen and bathroom sinks.    Note that the cable size can come in two measurements... either mm2 (i.e. the cross sectional area of the cable) or as AW

I don't have a well it's city water

Where have you put the water storage thank that you are pumping from?

Repositioning that to get solar heat gain could help.

Don't forget that by February you will have much hotter water as the supply will be less cold.

A can of black paint could be a simple way to help as long as it’s not early morning that you are trying for hot water.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't think so. It's a new DOS tank and I'm sure painting it will void it's 25 year warranty.

It probably would, it could solve your problem, is a possible warranty claim valuable enough?
