Progress starts when society, politicians and agencies start to get real about:

- the sickness of the consumers of child porn and how to go about helping these people to volunteer to get well and providing treatment;

In order to be "only looking" at these pictures, somewhere, somebody is uploading these pictures and that means that someone, somewhere is taking these pictures and that means that somewhere, a child is being violated.

 

So no harm done, eh?
